Delivery Policy

This Delivery Policy applies to delivery orders placed through FoodBayana (the "Platform").
1. Delivery of food
Delivery is available for selected outlets.
Delivery method:
- Delivery is handled internally by the merchant's own assigned driver (not a third-party courier service).
- For PentaMaster Cafe, delivery may be done by robot within the premises.
Verification of driver:
- All drivers are directly appointed by the merchant.
- Staff identity verification.
- Employment record validation.
- Internal briefing and SOP training for handling food.
- Assignment of a driver login account in the system (traceable by ID).
No external courier company is involved.
2. In the event of missing food or delivery issues
Responsibility: The merchant is fully responsible for handling any missing, damaged, or incorrect orders.
Refunds and resolution:
- Provide a replacement, or
- Issue a refund depending on merchant policy.
Insurance coverage: At this moment, no insurance coverage is applied for food delivery. All deliveries are carried out within the factory and office environment with controlled internal logistics.
3. Delivery policy (estimated duration)
For internal delivery within PentaMaster facilities:
- Estimated preparation time: 10 to 20 minutes per order.
- Estimated delivery time: 5 to 15 minutes after preparation.
- Total estimated time: 15 to 35 minutes from successful payment.
- Delivery is limited to within the premises only, ensuring faster and safer delivery.
