1. Eligibility for refunds

  • Orders not delivered.
  • Missing or incorrect items.
  • Food quality or safety issues reported within the reporting window.
  • Duplicate charges or incorrect billing.

4. Refund method and timing

5. Partial refunds

6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only before the store confirms or begins preparation. Once preparation has started, cancellations are not guaranteed.

We may refuse refunds for repeated abuse, suspected fraud, or misuse of the Platform.
